Additional Comments: The goals of the program are to expose undergrad. students to laboratory research & to the opportunities for careers in biomedical research. The program runs for ten weeks each summer. The most important component of the program is a hands-on research project with a faculty mentor, where the student is exposed to contemporary methods and problems in biomedical research.
