Curious about career opportunities in the Pharma/Biotech industry? Interested in a science career addressing life-threatening diseases across the globe and need to know what training is required? Or even just wondered what it takes to make a life-saving therapeutic? If yes, the SHINE mentoring program is built with you in mind!
SHINE (STEM HBCU Industry Network/Mentoring Exchange), matches any interested junior/senior undergraduate and graduate-level students with an industry scientist/professional from a network of top Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies for a series of at least monthly mentoring sessions (to be decided by the mentee and mentor) over the course of this semester.
Our community of mentors have a wide range of training and skillsets and are excited to meet you and offer personalized professional guidance and networking opportunities.
This program offers unique pairing with a mentor that is based on mutual science interests and training. To start the mentoring matching process, click on the registration link or scan the QR code below. The deadline to fill out this form is February 17th.
