MPEC is an interdivisional center dedicated to improving clinical outcomes, increasing value in health policy, and informing global public health through innovative research, collaboration, and education. Led by Kenneth Freedberg, MD, MSc and Ingrid Bassett, MD, MPH, our team of Faculty, Fellows, Staff, and Research Assistants work collaboratively to evaluate the clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness of health interventions, both domestically and internationally, through modeling and implementation science. To see examples of our work, check out recent publications by MPEC faculty.
We are currently hiring for Research Assistant positions and are committed to recruiting and developing a diverse team of individuals across ability, ethnicity, gender, race, and sexual orientation backgrounds. The application can be found here. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all available positions are filled, but students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. The attached flyer and our website give a good overview of our group, and you can also find us on Handshake. Our team is happy to share more about the experience of working at MPEC with you or any interested applicants, so please do not hesitate to reach out. We will be hosting informational sessions on March 11th, March 25th, and April 6th to help prospective applicants understand who we are and what we do; students can register using the links below.
