Teachers and High School Students Program (TAHSS)

Program Acceptance Requirements: class year (grades 10-12), area of residence (Massachusetts residents only), disadvantaged status, must be 16 years of age

Primary Science Discipline(s) Targeted: anatomy, physical diagnosis classes, and research

Additional Comments: The program offers high school students exposure to multiple science careers; mentoring series with MD/PhDs; parents’ evening preview of students’ projects. Students participate in closing ceremony and present research projects in front of Tufts Medical School Deans, faculty, physicians, family and friends. Overnight housing is not provided.

Back
